Rootwork
Rootwork is a spiritual practice rooted in African and African American traditions, blending herbalism, ritual, and ancestral reverence to create personal healing, protection, and empowerment.
It involves working with natural elements like herbs, roots, and minerals, often used in rituals to influence energies, connect with spirits, or manifest intentions.
Rootwork is deeply personal and spiritually centered, focusing on aligning oneself with the wisdom and support of ancestors, the natural world, and one’s inner power.
If you come to me for rootwork you must have clear intentions and patience. Not all rootwork results are guaranteed and all rootwork requires a preliminary reading before I take you on as a client.
Energy Arts
Generational & Ancestral Healing
Working to help heal ancestral cords and unresolved traumas, or issues carried down through a lineage. This is usually accompanied with either coaching and/or rootwork.
Laying on of hands
Traditional healing practice used to release burdens, break attachments, and restore balance within a person’s body or field. This healing is indigenous to my lineage and bloodline. Through the guided placement of hands, prayerful intention, and directed presence, stagnant energies are lifted and harmony is restored. The western or eastern versions of this may be referred to as Reiki. Whilst I am trained in those modalities, this is not Reiki.
Readings & Divination
My spirit guides working with yours. I will relay anything that is important for you to know at this stage in your life. Readings cover a range of romantic, familial and platonic relationships, career, health and financial information.
Spatial Clearing
Working to remove, or heal, physical attachments present within a person's immediate auric field or physical space. For example, home or place of business.
Spiritual Mentoring
Spiritual mentoring is a supportive, guidance-based relationship that helps you deepen your connection with your inner wisdom, align with your authentic self, universal forces and navigate life’s challenges with purpose and clarity.
Through reflective conversations, practices, and tools, spiritual mentoring encourages personal growth, emotional healing, and a meaningful connection to your spiritual path.
I cover everything from basic meditation and meeting your spirit team, to astral projection, bi-location and chaos magic. How far you want to go is up to you.
