It is for those who favour privacy and introspection, over loud demonstrations of what it is to feel pain, fear, trauma. It is for the gently fierce. You are the resilient ones, who value what you share, and only share what you value, with those able to hold it.

Sacred Shadows & The Metaphysical is a workshop that makes the difficulty of authentic, heartfelt and unjudged expression, easier. It is a place to let the weight loose, with the guarantee that it can and will be held for you, safely.

It’s for the people who are scared to let go.

You do not need to be brave or courageous to take part. You only need the desire to grow, in multiple and transformational ways.

In this workshop I will teach you how to avoid emotional conflict, by seeing and understanding yourself more. I will teach you how to prove, to yourself, that you are – or are not – what you think you are.

This is a workshop where we bring our pain, insecurities, doubts, into a forum for healing and expression. And come away lighter, softer, open, safe.
