Following the shadow
An afternoon of journeying gently to meet the roots and resting place of our shadows.
This is a unique retreat for therapists to meet themselves deeply, beyond supervision and personal therapy.
What to expect
Hosted at an idyllic flint and chalk barn set on a working farm in East Sussex, this retreat offers us a space for calm and inner exploration, away from the pace of everyday life and work. Bring your mats and comfortable blankets.
Our afternoon will be unhurried and supportive, beginning with intention setting and using ceremony to open and protect the space. This will be followed by guided inner journeying lead by our shadow parts, storytelling on our return, reflection and integration. The space will be held by Tori, ensuring safety to explore any hidden roots, stories, or versions of self that choose to emerge.
The whole of you is welcome. These retreats are closed and shared experiences are confidential. We journey and interact from heart and soul, not head and mind.

Chiron’s Circle
Chiron’s Circle is a small monthly gathering for therapists who need somewhere to bring the more difficult parts of themselves. The feelings and struggles that can feel too personal, too human, or too unresolved to easily place in supervision, yet need more attention than therapy alone.
Hosted by Tori with an intimate group of six, we explore what is present and how it is affecting us. The tone is reflective, sometimes grounded and sometimes, deeply honest and cathartic. The space is for support, expression and connection, not solutions or rescuing.
Times & dates:
Second Sunday of each month, 7–9pm, or Third Tuesday of each month, 7–9pm

Participants must be qualified therapists and are asked to inform their own therapists that they are a member.
